Dancefit by Tashy offers a variety of classes in Belly Dance, Contemporary and DanceFit, to all ages, all fitness levels, from beginners, right through to Advanced. These classes include stretching, cardio and toning, so we reach everyone's needs. Personal classes are also available for one on one classes or specialised classes.
