We’ve got some exciting news! 💗 Wellness Sundays is back, and this time we’re collaborating with Fitdeli to bring you a special Women’s Day Edition filled with fitness, fellowship, faith, and community!

Lace up your shoes and join us for a morning where everyone is welcome — runners, joggers, and walkers!

Sabbath Opening at 6pm at the Durban Central SDA Chirch. Sabbath service at the Raddison Hotel at uMhlanga and Sunday on the Comrades route.

Join us for our 6th Wellness Sunday of 2026, and this time we’re making a special dedication to our brave and determined Comrades Marathon 2026 runners as they prepare to take on The Ultimate Human Race! 🏅

Come and be part of a morning filled with fitness, fellowship, encouragement, and community spirit as we send off our Comrades athletes in style.

Our Comrades sabbath fellowship will be accompanied by a heart meal. Join us as we break the bread and eat together.
