We celebrate 🥳 our young Roses🌹 who did exceptionally well, on the 1st of August in the fezile Dabi cross country 👏👏
We wish them well, as they will be participating again next weekend.
One of our key focus is: Development, and allow us to brag 😉 a bit, we becoming famous in the podium.

Fridays are for family affairs🌹 not only running matters, also strength, core, hugs, tears and joy are part of us.

We get together beyond running, to create memories and legacy.

Team building sessions 💪 are important as we get to know each other more.

New Month, new challenges 💪 new possibilities.
The Roses 🌹 had a successful team building ✨️ at CBC sports ground yesterday. It was a strength, core, building muscle 💪 type of session.
Phela we 1 month to spring, thuba m'khaba is a must.

Team members got know and understand each other better, their strength and weaknesses.

A big thank you to our club captain Richy, for making sure that this session is a success. We looking forward to many of those sessions.
