Our cadence cycling classes are designed around you. Using heart-rate testing and personalised performance metrics, each rider trains at levels tailored to their own fitness and progression throughout the program.
The result? A structured ride that builds endurance, strength and overall fitness — whether you’re just starting out or already experienced.

Grateful for the opportunity to present on such an important topic at this lovely event ! “Strength training for women in menopause.” It was a privilege to shed light on how building strength during this phase supports overall health, energy, and longevity. Research shows that strength training not only combats muscle loss but also improves bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis. Empowering women to thrive, not just survive, through every stage of life!
It was so inspiring to hear from all the other presenters ! So much invaluable knowledge to help us navigate the world of menopause 🙌

Reflecting on August… I completed a trail run/hike in Sani pass which was a wonderful, challenging journey. 🤸♀️
