Congrats Ollie Lawrance and his wife Emily Morrison on their weding day

April 4th 1998 Aged 18 I made my England debut….on the wing!

I remember standing on the sideline waiting to come on for an injured Mike Catt with less than 10 to go. I was so nervous and so out of position!

As soon as my feet crossed the white line and hit the match turf it was just a case of hanging in there, following my instinct and basically loving every moment. The atmosphere was obscene!

The guys looked after me brilliantly especially during my first play when the inevitable high ball was immediately put on me..

My time in that awesome white shirt was full of highs and lows and spanned 13 seasons with 4 and a half that went missing in the middle.

I am grateful for every second. Thank you for your support!
