Self Repair for Social Repair

We equip you with tools for self repair which is an integral to the p Repair does not mean that you are broken.

Dominant world systems are based on hierarchy and make most of us feel like we are not good enough. This sense of inadequacy limits our courage to be our full selves. Self repair is a process of calling in the parts of yourself that have been denied and discouraged. It is a journey of self acceptance, radical love and impacting the world with your gifts. As 30 June approaches, a date that some have identified as a deadline for undocumented African migrants to leave South Africa, we recognise that it has become a rallying point for expressing deep frustration with the country's ongoing socioeconomic challenges.

At The Toolbox, we understand and stand with the call for greater dignity, accountability, and justice for all South Africans. We also reject scapegoating, violence, and narratives that dehumanise fellow Africans.

We believe we must be able to hold multiple truths at once.
People deserve meaningful livelihoods, fair opportunities, and governments that uphold their responsibilities.

People also deserve dignity and humanity, regardless of where they were born.

When pain is redirected toward one another instead of the systems that produce inequality, exploitation, and exclusion, we all lose. The cycle of harm deepens, and our shared humanity is diminished.

The Toolbox rejects division as a pathway to justice. We believe another way is possible, one that transforms pain into collective repair, and repair into collective liberation.

Sat Nam brave ones! Trusting that you are well & looking to the light✨

Our Thursday morning Kundalini ritual continues 630 - 745am SAST online. Let's rise & shine! This month we are activating New Lungs & Circulation. When we rebuild the lungs & create flow, we feel energized & capable. Rebuilding the lungs also creates space to release grief. As we transit through autumn, nature asks us what we are ready to shed. 🐍 Breathe, move, meditate & open up to the answers stored in your body.

Classes are open to all levels. I will always offer variations so you can meet yourself where you are.

Let's meet on our mats on the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th May.

Book your spot on bookamat.co or download the app. Will share link in stories
