It is owned by Greg Avierinos (B Sports Science) and Nicolene Avierinos (BSc Physiotherapy). We use a combination of the following training styles; Calisthenics, Functional Fitness, Obstacle, Strongman, Pilates, and Ladies Conditioning. We also provide private 1 on 1 sessions as well as online and Rehab programs. Private bookings are available outside of our class times. Booking is essential to gain access to the Estate and Facility.
