🚩2 spots left in the Monday and Thursday 6pm class, and 1 spot opening up in August for the 4pm Thursday class!
The 6pm classes are perfect for beginners to Pilates, so if you are thinking about it, now is the best time to sign up.💪
Also, my ladies will attest to the fact that you warm up very quickly! So don't let the cold swamp your enthusiasm!
Ps. 🤫 Our classes are small, 4 or 5 clients at a time, and women only.
Also, private classes can be arranged, or semi private.
