Just a reminder…
You didn’t wake up today to be average. 🔥
You’ve got another day to push harder, get better, and become the person you know you can be.
No excuses. No waiting for motivation.
Let’s go. 👊🏽
4 Reasons to Join a Workout Group 💪
1️⃣ Consistency
You might skip the gym… but you won’t skip your people.
2️⃣ Push harder
You didn’t know your limit. Neither did they. Turns out, it was higher. 🔥
3️⃣ Type 2 fun
Suffering is more fun in a group. It’s science. 😂
4️⃣ Accountability
Your alarm can be snoozed. Your group chat cannot.
The only thing harder than the workout is explaining why you didn’t show up. 😅
Training is better when you don’t have to do it alone.

5 ways I changed my training when I started martial arts 🥊🥋
I quickly realised that training like a bodybuilder wasn’t going to prepare me for the demands of martial arts.
So I made 5 major changes:
1️⃣ Bro split → Full body
I moved away from chest day, back day, arm day, etc. and started training the whole body in each session.
2️⃣ Added plyometrics + ballistics
More explosive, athletic movement, coordination, and dynamic power work.
3️⃣ Prioritised maximal strength
Getting stronger became a key focus — not just building muscle.
4️⃣ Trained explosive power
Strength is great, but being able to express that strength FAST is what matters in sport.
5️⃣ Mobility every day
I started treating mobility as part of my training, not something I only did when I felt tight.
The goal changed from looking like an athlete → training like an athlete.
And honestly, it changed the way I approach training completely.
🥊 Train for the sport.
💪 Build strength.
⚡ Develop power.
🧘 Move better.
Train like an athlete. Perform like one.

1️⃣ Your performance is dropping Not because you're getting weaker. Because your body hasn't recovered from the work you're already doing.
2️⃣ You're always sore
Not because training is working better. Because your recovery can't keep up with your workload.
3️⃣ Your resting heart rate is higher than normal Not because you're getting fitter.
Because your nervous system is under excessive stress.
4️⃣ You're struggling to sleep
Not because you're not tired
Because your body is stuck in a constant state of high alert.
5️⃣ You feel unmotivated to train
Not because you're lazy.
Because physical fatigue often shows up as mental fatigue first.
6️⃣ Small injuries keep showing up
Not because you're unlucky
Because your body is asking for recovery before something bigger happens.
7️⃣ You're constantly exhausted, even after rest days Not because you need more caffeine.
Because your body is telling you it needs less stress and more recovery
The best athletes don't just train hard
They recover hard
Recovery isn't taking time away from progress--it's where progress actually happens.
You started going to the gym to change your body… then you ended up changing your whole life. 🫶🏽
Your goals.
Your health.
Your priorities.
Your sleep.
Your food.
Your lifestyle.
Your mindset.
Fitness is so much more than how you look in the mirror. It changes how you live.
Start with the goal of getting fitter. Stay for everything else it gives you. 💪🏽
Just start. The rest will follow.
Honest mistake...
Before you jump into the crazy plyometric drills... earn the right first. 🦘💥
Master the basics before chasing the advanced stuff.
Start with: ✅ Pogos ✅ Line hops ✅ Squat jumps ✅ Lateral hops ✅ Low box jumps
Build good technique, improve landing mechanics, and create a solid foundation before progressing.
Strong basics = better performance + fewer injuries.
Save this for your next training session! 💪
Your knees called... they want this workout. 😅🦵
If you're an athlete, don't wait until your knees start complaining.
My 5 go-to exercises for better knee health:
✅ Spanish Squat
✅ Pistol Squat + TKE (Terminal knee extension)
✅ Petersen Step Down
✅ Tibialis Raises
✅ Wall Squat
Strong knees = better performance, fewer aches, and more time doing what you love.
Which one are you adding to your routine? 👇
We put Mohammed Yaseen Adams through a full performance testing session to see exactly where he's at before we start building.
Power. Strength. Muscular endurance. Engine. We tested it all.
From explosive jumps and med ball throws, to heavy lifts, bodyweight challenges, and finishing with the beep test... every test tells a story.
This is where the work starts. Measure. Build. Improve. Repeat.
Who's ready to see how the numbers change over the next few months? 👀🔥
