This is a ladies only class for "yesterday's youths" 😜

A gentle dance class with lots of stretching and pilates type exercises - maybe a bit of line dancing included.

We will starting for term 4 on Tuesday 6 October

We'll be having a movie night at our studio to raise funds for our Dance Star 2028 teams.

Have a couple hours child free time while your girls watch a movie and have a dance party with us
