Kingdom Forged Martial Arts

We had a successful training day at The Sports Science institute of South Africa yesterday. Our CTKA combat team made use of the Blue floor while our CTKA high performance academy athletes started their Strength and conditioning program with a Biokineticist from SSISA.

Sensei Ryan is the manager/head coach for the Academy and part of the CTKA coaching staff and Matthew Pietersen part of the 6 athlete academy squad.

FMA has 4 fighters representing the CTKA combat team at the Western Cape champs in 2 weeks.
