Haven't posted for a while, quite a bit is happening at the moment. I'm off to Italy next week for the Gallerie Summertime exhibition in Vicenza. I was invited by the brilliant Italian illustrator Ale Giorgini to exhibit my Footballer prints, so I'm rather excited about being there for the opening!

It seems like virtually every day I hear and read horrific stories about the rate of gang violence in places like Elsies river and Lavender Hill. Kids born into this dystopian nightmare face enormous challenges to pull themselves out of the cycle of violence. Most will be swallowed up by the gang culture and succumb to a life that will either lead them to an early grave or Pollsmoor. This piece is my take on these kids, marked far too young for a life of crime...
