The hardest session yet for me personally, this session truly broke me.
Ethan pushed me I wanted to give up so many times but we stuck to it and pulled it through.
2km run at 4:05/km
Into:
2 x rounds
80m sled push at 248kg
200m farmers carry 32kg/30kg dumbbells
80m Sandbag lunges 30kg/15kg dumbbells
20 wall balls with 12kg
20 wall balls with 9kg
750m run
The goal of this session was to push the runs we started off faster than what we wanted but kept pushing for the 2km. We came in hot pushing the pace hitting the stations back to back into the 750m run and repeat. While one of us did the 80m sled push the other did wall balls and row to ensure we kept working and not stopping.
It took us 43 minutes to complete the session which absolutely broke me.😭 stay tuned for some more epic workouts! 💪
