What a pleasure having Proteas legend Kagiso Rabada and Test Championship Winning Coach Shukri Conrad with us today. At the end of practice, Kagiso spoke to some of our boys which they all really appreciated. An amazing morning for SACS Cricket.

Congratulations to Old Boy Meeka-eel Prince who has been selected to tour Bangladesh with the SA A side. Great news Meeka.

Daniel Smith, SACS and SA Schools captain in 2020, has been selected for the SA Emerging Men. Kaden Solomons (ICC U19 World Cup 2022) is also playing for United Sport South Africa (USSA) in the Tri Series with Bangladesh Emerging.

The 50 over competition gets underway on 30 July, with the final scheduled for 12 August in Tshwane.

The SA Emerging Men winter tour will conclude with a two-match four-day series between SA Emerging and Bangladesh Emerging from 16-26 August, with the matches taking place at JB Marks Oval in Potchefstroom and Willowmoore Park in Benoni, respectively.

This weeks Dr Melle Cricket Winners for our last fixtures against Wynberg were:

Senior - Luca Birrer 74 and Tane Woods 4-19 for the Second Team who won a Triple Crown this Term.
Junior - The U14A Team after an excellent win

We also said goodbye to our cricket exchange Benji Tilbury from Haileybury College. He received his Old Boys Tie at assembly from Mr Grant on Monday. Benji has been a wonderful ambassador and will be missed by many at SACS.
