A female first-tier residence for students at the University of Cape Town. It can accommodate 405 female students.

Tugwell Hall is a large, modern residence with predominantly sharing facilities, built in 1974 and situated on the lower campus next to Leo Marquard Hall. Rondebosch is a 5-minute walk from the residence, and there is easy access to the Baxter Student Learning Centre, the lower campus squash courts and swimming pool and gym.
