Orange River in full flight! With dams kept full through winter with fears of El Niño, recent unseasonal rains in the North have swollen the Orange River from Lesotho 🇱🇸 as well as the Vaal system. With climate extremes showing their might since 2016 with the droughts, we have set up a seemles transition to Thunder Alley near Douglas with our trusted partners Witfontein Game Lodge . This means come rain or shine we still making our clients holiday dreams come true. Rafting for 30 years we pride ourselves in providing the best and safest experience in the wilderness for you and your family.

August and September are great months for tubing in the Kogelberg biosphere reserve. We start just outside of Kleinmond, meeting in the reserve and make our way down 3 km of the Palmiet river. Clients don’t need many skills but do need a good level of fitness as we spend around 3 hours on the river. Min age is 8 if kids are water babies.
