We are not separate from the living world.
The flowers, the trees, the animals, the oceans and the air we breathe are not simply around us ~ they are part of the same sacred web of life to which we belong.
When we slow down enough to notice, something within us re-balances. We remember our place in Creation. We remember that life is not happening only to us, but moving through us and all around us.
Today, pause. Listen. Notice the life beside you.
We are connected ~ and what we choose to nurture, nurtures us in return.

There are moments when the soul asks you to become still.
To step away from the noise, lift your eyes and remember that you are part of something infinitely beautiful.
You do not need to have every answer. Sometimes the way forward begins with wonder ~ with listening, trusting and allowing your inner wisdom to speak.
The Universe is always reminding you of your magnificence.
Be still. Look up. Remember who you are.
It begins with YOU.

Home is a feeling,
It's an emotional state,
Knowing you are safe,
Beyond your garden gate.
It's where dreams manifest,
And fears fade away,
It's a place of retreat,
At the end of each day.
The door is always open
to loved ones and friends,
Here kind words are spoken
And acceptance transcends.
Though, once a blank canvas,
It is now filled with colour,
From the hues of bright decor,
to each blooming flower.
This place is my heart,
It is where I'm most whole,
It's filled with my dreams,
And a part of my soul ...
