Our team faced Cape Peninsula Golf Club on Sunday and their fantastic form continued as Westlake won 5-3! Well done gents!

They now face the always tricky Royal Cape this coming Saturday. Good luck guys!

On Wednesday 10th June , Lynsay Minnaar representing the Social Responsibility Portfolio, handed out new clothing and caddie bibs to our 17 Westlake caddies.

On Monday, Westlake hosted the Caddy Series Event 🏌🏼‍♀️

In wet but calm conditions there was some great golf played by the guys who spent many hours watching us play. Club Captain Derek was on hand to extend a warm welcome to the players, officiate the prizegiving and hand out prizes 🏆

The players were all thrilled and grateful for this. According to them and Tournament Director AB Adams this is the first time that an official from the host club has attended the prizegiving. It was also great that one of our own, Reagan Patterson, won the Stableford Division on 38 points

Shaun Baartman, from Steenberg, won the Gross Division on 73 points.

Thanks must also go to those Westlake league players who gave the Westlake participants their league shirts for the remainder of the Series 🙌🏼
