We came... we conquered. This little warrior dedicated 10 weeks to strength and conditioning aswell as attending sparring class twice a week in order to Prepare for the S.A National Kyokusin Championships. Hard work paid off walking away with 1st place in Knockdown and 2nd place in Clicker.

Full Body Workout
Here is the perfect full-body workout to get your week going...
1. Zercher Squats/ Kettlebell Swings: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
2. Dumbbell Incline Press/Bent Over Barbell Rows: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
3. Landmine Press/Tricep Dips: 4 sets of 12 reps
4. Ab Roller/Palof Press: 3sets 10-12reps
