πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦ Youth Day well spent.

We kicked off the day with a Titan Hybrid Training session before our HYROX team tackled a full race simulation using all the official equipment ahead of HYROX in August.

Today was a great benchmark. A chance to see where we are right now, celebrate the progress we've made and identify the areas we need to focus on over the next few weeks.

Hybrid training challenges you in a way that's hard to explain until you experience it yourself. It pushes your strength, endurance and mindset all at once.

Just a warm up session in prep for the TITAN Events Hybrid Challenge in August.

Some of the crew will then also do Hyrox 2 weeks after.
