Inkwenkwezi Boxing Club took 8 boxers to the Cape Town Metro Open Boxing Youth and Elites Championships in Joe Slovo😎. Our boys did supper great and if there was a trophy for Best Team of the tournament, we would have taken it no two ways about it🤞🏽.

The results were as follows:

Bokang Ramaola became Elite champion and Elite boxer of the tournament.

Achumile Dazana AkA Lino became the Youth champion and best Youth boxer of the tournament.

Jonathan Mathunzi became Youth champion once again.

Luthimna Mvubu became the Youth champion.

Enzokuhle Nxele became the Youth champion.

Oyama Gede was fighting Luthimna Mvubu on the finals and Oyama became Youth Silver medalist.

Akhanani Wesi became the Elite Silver medalist.

Mangaliso Njokweni fought an experienced boxer and lost to quarterfinals.

All in all

We came back with

5 Gold medals
2 Silver medals
1 Bronze medal
