Rugby Fit Academy is incredibly proud

To date, our gym has produced a total of 6 Junior Springboks.

Aiden Muller, Damian Markus, Herman Lubbe, Juvan Burden, Ethan van Biljon, and Jayden Brits.

What started as a small garage gym turned into a strong foundation for many young athletes.

Through hard work, dedication, and a passion for developing players, Rugby Fit Academy continues to help young rugby stars reach their full potential.

We are proud of every player who has walked through our doors and look forward to helping many more achieve their dreams.

From a garage to producing Junior Springboks - the journey continues!

Some lessons aren't taught on the field.

What a special day/night of rugby against two proud clubs, Rangers RFC and Hamediehs RFC

We played at Brackenfell High School, and what a fantastic occasion it was. The coffee was warm, the cafeteria staff were friendly, the medics were outstanding, the venue was special, and the referees were sharp.

The rugby was played at a fast pace, and the players produced some high-quality, exciting action throughout the day.
A big thank you to my coaching staff. Your dedication and hard work continue to show, and we can see the progression in this group game by game.
Well done to all the players for the effort, attitude, and passion shown on the field.

Saturday's Matches vs Primrose
What an awesome setting, with the beautiful mountain views providing the perfect backdrop for a great day of rugby. The rugby on display was just as awesome as the scenery!
