We are excited to announce that we will soon migrate from this page to a new one under the banner of WP Natural Bodybuilding Federation. This will go for our TikTok, Insta and WhatsApp channel as well as our soon to be launched website as well. These pages will share current content about upcoming events, profiling athletes as well as sponsors and include spectators as well. This will give sponsors the much needed exposure as well as our up and coming athletes. You will also have access to exco members, as each member got its own portfolio. Stay tuned as we will be posting the new link in the next few days.

The hard part is over. The 4am alarms, the strict meals, the days you didn’t feel like training… that was all to build THIS version of you.

Right now there’s nothing more to prove in the gym.
Now we trust.
Trust the plan. Trust the food. Trust the sleep. Trust each other.
Trust every single rep that got you here.

Doubt will try to creep in. "Am I ready?"
Yes. You are.
You didn’t do all of this to be average. You did it to show the world what WP is made of.

Stay calm. Stay focused. Hydrate. Rest. Visualize yourself on that stage.
Walk in 2 days from now knowing you left nothing in the gym.

To the families, friends, coaches, and supporters: Your encouragement has been part of every rep, every meal, every setback, and every victory. Your presence in the audience means more than applause—it reminds every athlete that they are not standing on that stage alone. They stand there because of the love, belief, and support of those who never stopped cheering them on.

Come and witness ordinary people achieving extraordinary things through dedication, perseverance, and hard work. Celebrate their courage, their discipline, and their dreams. Let every cheer remind these athletes that their journey has inspired others to believe that anything is possible.

Your journey has been incredible, and words cannot describe how grateful we are having you steering the ship at WPNBF. Your achievements over the years.. Too many to mention. You took athlete's welfare to a next level. You knew all of them by heart, as well as their struggles, sacrifices and their history. Your passion and knowledge of the fthe sport remains unmatched. Your dedication and commitment to the sport cannot be faulted. You have mentored many an athlete, some of them going to represent SA on the biggest stage of their journeys, enabling them to get their pro cards. Sad to let you go, but you've truly left a legacy.
