Au Québec Mega Trail, il n'y a pas que les premiers qui sont accueillis comme des champions.

Après 36 h 53 min 36 s d'efforts, Sylvain Isaia Rasolomahefa ( #248) de Longueuil a franchi la ligne d'arrivée du QMT135 , accueilli par une haie d'honneur, les applaudissements de notre équipe et des spectateurs... avec un immense sourire au visage.

Dans un ultra de 135 km, terminer est déjà une victoire.

Merci Sylvain de nous avoir rappelé que le courage, la persévérance et la détermination n'ont rien à voir avec le classement.

👏 Aujourd'hui, c'est toi notre champion.

❤️ THE LAST SHALL BE FIRST.

At Québec Mega Trail, it's not only the winners who are welcomed like champions.

After 36:53:36 of determination, Sylvain Isaia Rasolomahefa ( #248) from Longueuil crossed the finish line of the QMT135 Fenix, greeted by a guard of honour, cheers from our team and spectators... with a huge smile on his face.

In a 135 km ultra, simply reaching the finish line is already a victory.

Thank you, Sylvain, for reminding us that courage, perseverance, and determination have nothing to do with finishing position.

Some runners count kilometers. Others count completed lines. 🎮🏔️

Apparently, running an ultra wasn’t challenging enough for Lamiak, so he decided to bring Tetris to the trails of Québec.

Climbs, descents, aid stations… and pieces falling into place better than some race strategies. 😅

The real question is: what finishes first… the ultra or the game? 👀
