Join our 9-week course featuring weekly mobility & stretch sessions built into our warm-ups and cool-downs to keep your body moving fluidly. We'll master core isolations & shimmies, culminating in a fun choreography to Ruby's Mesh Maghrora. Perfect for beginners or anyone needing a refresher. We'll end off the course with a fun Class Hafla!
