Hi Trailrunners, THE STUCK IN THE MUD race has been cancelled, we will continue to host the next race at Happy Valley will update on the information. But there will be trailrun training tonight 6pm (Thursday) at *TEMPE Military Base* in Furstenburg Road, we park opposite the road of Tempe Golf Club, the intermediate group will run 6k with Andre and the beginners a 4k with Nelio... Hi folks, the *Standard Bank TrailrunSeries Sentraal24* Makro race starting at *Stuck in the Mud Pub* tonight has been postponed again, the conditions too wet for trail run to take place, the race has been postponed to next week Thursday 23 February, entries open from 16:45. The 10k & 5k trail run race starts 17:45.
Entries cost R100 for 5k or 10k.
Makro has goody bag for first 100 finishers.
