Lettuce Eat Restaurant is on the CUT campus in Bloemfontein and forms part of the Hotel School. It is the First Year Training restaurant.

Lettuce Eat Restaurant forms part of the Hotel School at CUT, Free State. It is the first year training restaurant. Here they get exposure in both the kitchen and food and beverage department. The first year chefs together with Chef Miles prepare the delicious food. While the first year waiters under the guidance of Ms van der Merwe serve the guests.
