The countdown is on for the IBL Spring Race 2026, taking place on Saturday, 22 August 2026.

Whether you are chasing a personal best, running with your team or simply joining in for the fun, there is a distance for you:
🏅 21.1 km Half Marathon
🏅 10 km Race
🏅 5 km Fun Run

There are also exciting prizes up for grabs:
🏆 The ASA-registered team with the highest number of entries will win a R3 000 cash prize.
📱 One lucky runner will also win a brand-new smartphone, with the draw taking place after the prize-giving ceremony.
