📌 Madam President Elizabeth de Koker nominated for the SAFA National List of the upcoming SAFA Elections scheduled for 12 September 2026 in Johannesburg.

Well done Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies team for winning COSAFA CAF Women's Champions League qualifiers on the 30 August 2026 in Gaborone, Botswana and also securing a place at the CAF Women's Champions League finals later this year.

Ms Elizabeth De Koker is a prominent South African football executive and administrator with extensive leadership experience across grassroots, national governance, and elite continental club football. Currently serving as a SAFA National Executive Committee (NEC) Member and Regional President of SAFA Thabo Mofutsanyana. Madam President as affectionately known in Thabo Mofutsanyana Region has spent years shaping football policy, driving women's football development, and overseeing high-level tournament operations with her hands-on leadership with advanced academic training.

Madam President has been the South African Football Association (SAFA)National Executive Committee (NEC) Member from 2020 till presen. Contributing to South Africa's highest football decision-making body, influencing national policy, strategy, and organizational oversight, a member of the International Relations Committee and the Women’s Football Committee, championing the growth of women football which started the inaugural Women's Supper League in 2021.

Madam President has been the Regional President of SAFA Thabo Mofutsanyana from 2018 till present, managing all the regional governance, operations, and grassroots football administration. Spearheaded the launch of the U15 Girls Inter-LFA League to build sustainable pathways for young female athletes. Successfully guided and supported regional teams to earn promotion into the ABC Motsepe League.

Madam President was appointed the HOD for Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies team during their COSAFA and CAF competitions from 2021 till present, winning both the regional and continental tournaments.

Madam President is an expert in national policy ex*****on, regional association management, committee oversight, and sports politics. Ms De Koker is highly skilled in building grassroots youth structures and implementing developmental leagues for young girls. Has a proven track record in managing international travel, team logistics, safety, and operational excellence in championship environments.

Madam President is excellent and experienced in bridging the gap between local community teams, regional leaders, national executives, and also continental governing bodies.

Madam President nomination and confirmation into the national list by the SAFA Governance Committee proves her capabilities in dealing with complex matters, and also thumps up on her leadership skills and football development, not only in Thabo Mofutsanyana Region, Free State but the whole of South Africa.
