Bedfordview Country Club (or KENSINGTON POLYTECHNIC as it was known) was founded in 1925 when a meeting was held at the same Rhodes Park Tearoom as we know it today and a decision was made to form a Sports Club. The club remained at Rhodes Park until 1957, when the Johannesburg council decided that Kensington Polytechnic would have to change their name to Rhodes Park Sports Club. The Die-hard club

The Rugby Pot currently stands at R2,350.00 after the first two games!
This Saturday is the last "home" Test, and we have decided to pay out the net pot after Game 3 to the member or guest who predicts the exact score, or, if there is no exact prediction, the nearest winning score.
Make sure you have entered your prediction for Saturday's game and stand a chance to take home the pot! 💰🏆

🕊️ IN LOVING MEMORY OF GARY HAWTHORN
We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of a wonderful Bedfordview friend, Gary Hawthorn.
Our sincere condolences go to Debbie Cutting, the Hawthorn family, and everyone at Belgravia Bowling Club during this incredibly sad time.
Gary was a true gentleman who always had a smile and a warm word for everyone. He will be greatly missed by the bowls community and all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Rest in peace, Gary MHSRIP 🕊️
