Today we said goodbye for now to KZN madster who heads off to the mother city tomorrow….. it’s not goodbye tho, as the Mad chord forever binds us…. It’s a thing you can’t explain…. Something that happens in the crazy km’s somewhere between JHB and CT 😜

24hours was not nearly enough time!! we are beyond grateful for your crazy spur of moment ‘I’m booking a flight and coming to visit’ moment!! It was as if we were right back there sharing in the pace vehicle in shift 4 billion and seven (of course without the delirious sleep deprivation) You’re one special human!! And not another 18 months before we do it again, and next time you need to be there

When two complete strangers stop you mid-run for a selfie, and you do it with a smile…. Thank you for so graciously entertaining us 2MADS!! And adding to our memories….
One week to go till we hit the road. Mad #1 a bit battered and broken and completely caving under the stupidity of her move to run this crazy but incredible race with only 6 weeks to train 🤣….but we’re in it and we are gonna love every minute of this crazy adventure!!
