Who do you go to when you need something in the gym? Read below for all the information on our team and make yourself familiar with these faces, you’ll be seeing them a lot 👀
1. Leona - Leona’s got your back on the early shift. Lift heavy and lift heavy fast , that’s her menu.
2. Tash - With Tash stepping in for those who were sleeping in from 7am onwards ... Energy. You will need Energy.
3. Barbs - Get a little TLC... with Barbs on Fridays at 3!
4. Zen - Smile for the camera or show us your pump. Zen is our social media man!
5. Ginene - Have a question? Need to make a payment? Ginene is there to give you a hand !
6. Tristin - Need a PT to show you the ropes/ keep you afloat ? Tristin is your guy!
7. Praise - Hype man/ Student Trainer with a heart for Jesus. Praise is holding it all together for us too. Literally...If a machine is faulty, give Praise a shout !

It was Round 11 of the World Championship held in South Africa after 18 years of absence. Luke took a wild card entry into it - he knew he had to race as he'd be racing the best in the world.
Unfortunately Luke crashed in the qualy race on Saturday and didn’t finish but lined up for both motos on Sunday through the pain.
Moto 1 , two laps in he had a puncture ending his race early... but Moto 2 he managed to pull 16th place scoring 4 world championship points!!!!!!!!

Wayne was in a horrible motorcycle accident that left his body battered, broken and bruised . Powered by his strong mind and a heart still so full of life , Wayne has managed to get moving again ... mobile and strong!!!
There is never a skipped rep or a movement he shys away from.
We still have loads of work to do , but we remind our clients that this journey does not end. Exercise ... strength training in particular... is and will forever be a non negotiable.
You only realise how important movement and mobility is until its taken away from you ...
So take your time and enjoy the process !
