Remember that muscle soreness does not determine a good or bad workout. What it indicates is that you have worked a muscle in a different way from the usual. It is inevitable that at some point in a workout you may experience it but if you don't, it does not mean you have had less of a workout. I was told that the whole point of my training is to make people sore and tired. Firstly I have no control over anybody's body therefore I have no control over muscle soreness and if you do workout and do not leave feeling like you have trained then you are wasting your time. It's not about tiredness, it's about putting all your effort into a session. Your effort will determine your results. NO EFFORT = NO RESULTS.
