🚀 The Engine Room is officially underway!

This week we kicked off our very first Engine Room classes, and what a start! Full classes and an awesome atmosphere.

At CrossFit Alberton, we're always looking at how we can better serve our members.

Engine Room was created because many of our members wanted to improve their aerobic capacity, whether that's for HYROX, triathlons, endurance events, or simply having more energy in everyday life.

It's all about building your engine.

A stronger aerobic base means better recovery, improved endurance, and fitness that carries over into everything you do.

This is another step in the evolution of CrossFit Alberton, creating more opportunities for our members to reach their goals.

Saturday at CrossFit Alberton 💪🔥

This morning we had two groups putting in the work.

🏋️ Our Weightlifting crew focused on building strength, improving technique, and moving better under the bar.

🏃 Our HYROX athletes continued preparing for race day, building the engine and resilience needed to perform when it matters most.

Different goals.

Different sessions.

One community.

❤️ Busy parents. Busy careers. Two kids.

When I asked Kamal and Deepika how they make time to train, their answer was simple:

**"It's all about prioritising and making space in your day for what's important. Consistency is key."**

Like so many of our members, they didn't start with the perfect routine.

They built one.

Now they're stronger, fitter, more confident, and even took on HYROX together.

Just another reminder that you don't need more time.

You need a plan.

💯 100 Classes Strong! 💯

A huge congratulations to Audrey on reaching her 100th class at CrossFit Alberton! 👏

At 67 years young, Audrey joined us in November after her son, Dylan, encouraged her to give CrossFit a try.

Since then, she's shown us exactly what consistency looks like.

She arrives with a great attitude, gives her best every session, and continues to inspire everyone around her.

A few weeks ago, we hosted our HYROX Workshop.

Most of the people who came had never done a HYROX race before.

Some were nervous.

Some weren't sure if they were fit enough.

Some just wanted to see what it was all about.

That's exactly why we love running these workshops.
