Today was a little different, we came together to honour and throwdown in tribute to someone in the CrossFit Community, Leroy. Sadly passed away last week while taking part in an event.

An adapted workout to have it flow, but today just reminded us that we are all together in this and we never leave someone behind no matter what!

Speak up, share, be kind, check in - we dont know how long we have on this earth, MAKE IT COUNT.
