They paddle because success is not defined by the sport you choose🫶it is defined by the person you become through it.
For our youth, paddling gives them something priceless: a community of leaders to learn from, mentors to guide them, discipline to strengthen them, and a crew that teaches them that no one moves forward alone.

So please don’t look at a young paddler and see someone wasting their time. See a young person learning commitment, resilience, teamwork, leadership and purpose.

The paddle may be in their hands today, but the lessons they learn from it can carry them for the rest of their lives.
