Its been a thrilling 5 days of watching Elite Races. Spotting some of the Nafanua fam at Marina Bay 🤙

We remember him as that little kid hanging around our trainings. Always quiet, always watching, and eager to jump into Seat 5 just to be close to the water.

Today, our little 13 year old paddles in a big pond amongst the worlds best. As we anticipate his Semi-Final race, it’s hard not to feel a quiet kind of pride. He’s still that same humble kid from Mulinuu, carrying the hopes of everyone and especially his parents and family who watched him grow up.
