If your routine only works when life is perfect, it doesn’t really work.
The goal isn’t to build the most extreme routine. It’s to build habits that survive busy weeks, travel, work, family and everything else life throws at you.
Sustainable progress will always beat short bursts of perfection.

You don’t need another Monday.
You don’t need another “fresh start.”
You need to stop treating one bad day like permission to disappear for a week.
Miss the workout. Have the takeaway. Lose your routine for a day.
Then come back.
Consistency isn’t never stopping.
It’s getting better at returning.
Comment RISE and I’ll send you my framework for building habits you can actually stick to.
You don’t need to do more. You need to do something you can actually keep doing.
We make change too big, go all in, then wonder why we can’t stay consistent.
Start smaller. Make it fit your life. Repeat it long enough for it to become part of who you are.
That’s how habits actually stick.
If you struggle with consistency, discipline or always falling off, comment RISE and I’ll send you my framework.
I’m not interested in changing my life for 30 days.
I’m interested in building a life I can still sustain 10 years from now.
Training. Eating well. Building a business. Having a family. Actually enjoying life.
That’s what good habits and consistency should give you. Not another extreme routine you eventually burn out from.
If you struggle with consistency, discipline or finding the time to actually stick to your goals, comment RISE and I’ll send you my framework.

Just get on with it
Stop waiting to “start again.”
Real consistency isn’t about perfect routines, endless motivation or never having a bad week.
It’s about how quickly you return to the habits that move you forward.
One bad day doesn’t undo your progress. Neither does one bad week.
Forget perfect. Just do the next right thing.
If you struggle with consistency, motivation or getting back on track, I have a simple framework that helps.
Comment RISE and I’ll send it to you.

Everyone wants the breakthrough.
Nobody wants the 200 ordinary reps that cause it.
The boring work is the shortcut — there just isn’t a shorter one.

Not choosing feels safe because nothing changes.
But that IS the choice — you’re picking the exact life you have now, on repeat.
Save this for the next “maybe later”.

Most peoples goals die by week 3.
Not day 1 — day 1 is easy. Week 1 is free, motivation does the work. Week 3 is where it actually breaks: the novelty’s worn off, results haven’t shown up yet, and one missed day quietly turns into a missed week.
One change fixed it for me: I stopped designing routines for my best days and built one for my worst.
A minimum viable routine — the smallest version I can do on my worst day. Mine is 10 minutes. And one rule on top: never miss twice. Missing once is life. Missing twice is a new habit forming in the wrong direction.
That’s one piece of the full framework I use with clients.
Want the whole thing? Comment “RISE” and I’ll send it to you.

A new plan feels like progress because it’s easier than the old plan’s boring middle.
Stick with the one you made. It was fine. You just stopped.
