Yesterday, OUR champion, Tran Tu Lap, stepped into the cage to defend the colors of Thao Dien Jiu-Jitsu.
It didn’t go the way we had planned, but that’s part of the fight game.
First, we want to congratulate Nguyễn Hoàng Thạch for an incredible performance and for being such a respectful and amazing opponent.
Thank you as well to GMA - Gods of Martial Arts for inviting us and, as always, making us feel so welcome.
A huge thank you to all the Thao Dien Jiu Jitsu family and supporters who came to support Lap. Having so many of you there meant a lot to us.

As many of you know, we are primarily a Jiu-Jitsu club. We are just a small gym in Thao Dien, and it is an absolute honor to have such a talented fighter representing us.
Lap never backs down from a fight. He always prepares thoroughly, keeps progressing every single day, and constantly pushes everyone around him to become better.
Wins and losses are part of this sport. What matters to us is the fighter and the person who steps into that cage, and we couldn't be prouder of you.
As a club, we want you to know just how proud we are of you, Lap.
