Coach Elena Tarasova from Italy has just wrapped up our Summer Intensive Training!

While many were enjoying their summer holidays, from 21–25 July, 20 dedicated gymnasts chose to spend their week training, learning, and pushing themselves to new heights.

It was an amazing experience, and we're so grateful to have shared it together.

Over the past few days, our gymnasts learned new skills, worked hard, and challenged themselves every step of the way. There was plenty of progress, lots of smiles, and so many unforgettable moments in the gym.

A big thank you to Coach Elena Tarasova for her incredible energy, knowledge, and inspiration throughout the camp.

We are also so proud of every gymnast for their dedication, effort, and positive attitude. Your hard work made this intensive truly special.

One of our favorite traditions is putting together our camp gifts for summer camp each year. We put a lot of care into every design because we want it to become part of our students' happiest memories. Every color, every detail, and every graphic reflects the spirit of summer, gymnastics, friendship, and personal growth. The best part is seeing the excitement on the children's faces when they receive their camp gifts and wear their camp shirts with pride throughout the summer and long after it ends. These pieces become more than just clothing—they remind them of unforgettable days, new friendships, and moments they'll always remember. That's why we look forward to creating something new every year, knowing it will be part of another incredible summer.

Before a busy summer comes serious preparation.

Our gymnasts will represent Vietnam🇻🇳 in Seoul 🇰🇷 and Beijing🇨🇳. Before that, they will train at our international Summer Camp with world-class coaches.

Control training is one of the most important steps in this preparation. Real performance conditions. Real pressure. Real feedback.

The best time to find mistakes is before the competition, not during it.

Each gymnast analyzes her own skills, identifies mistakes, writes corrections, and tracks progress step by step, day by day.

The goal is to teach children not only how to perform, but also how to understand technique and think like pro gymnasts.
