Các thành viên và bạn bè thân mến, theo thông lệ của câu lạc bộ, chúng ta sẽ KHÔNG dừng luyện tập trong thời gian nghỉ lễ 2/9. Các thành viên và bạn bè vẫn lưu lại Hà Nội trong thời gian này hãy cứ tới tham gia tập luyện cùng AYS tại các buổi tối thứ 7, 29/8 và tối thứ 3, 1/9 nhé!

NOTIFICATION ON HOLIDAYS SCHEDULE

Dear all members and friends, as a dojo tradition, we will NOT take a break during the holidays. If you are staying in Hanoi during the vacation, feel free to come and practice with AYS on Saturday, Aug 29th and Tuesday, Sep 1st, evenings!

THÔNG BÁO VỀ LỊCH LUYỆN TẬP

Các thành viên thân mến, bắt đầu từ ngày 11/8, câu lạc bộ Aikido Yuuki Shudokan có sự điều chỉnh lớn về lịch và địa điểm luyện tập, cụ thể như sau:
Địa điểm: Trung tâm Nghệ thuật Âu Cơ, số 43 Nguyên Hồng, Đống Đa, Hà Nội (ngã tư Nguyên Hồng - Huỳnh Thúc Kháng)
Giờ luyện tập: 19h30-21h, tối thứ Ba, thứ Năm, thứ Bảy.

Các thành viên vui lòng có mặt, thay đồ 15 phút trước giờ tập để sẵn sàng kê thảm phục vụ buổi tập.

NOTIFICATION ON TRAINING SCHEDULE

Dear all members, from next week, August 11th, onward, Aikido Yuuki Shudokan will have an adjustment regarding training schedule and venue, as below:
Venue: Au Co Art Center, 43 Nguyen Hong street, D**g Da, Ha Noi (Nguyen Hong - Huynh Thuc Khang crossroad)
Time: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, from 7.30 to 9 pm.

Please be at the dojo and get ready 15 minutes before class to prepare the mats for practicing.

It was our pleasure to meet Ando-san from Sanda Kobe dojo. She will join the keiko today too 🥰

Chúc mừng hai thành viên, bạn B. - AYS2983 và bạn H. - AYS3200, đã nhận chứng chỉ Kyu 3 và 4 ngày hôm qua. Đã rất lâu rồi câu lạc bộ chúng ta mới đón thêm một hakama nữ mới. Các bạn tiếp tục tập luyện chăm chỉ để đạt được thêm những cột mốc mới trên hành trình không điểm kết này nhé.

Our final keiko last Sunday with Gomita-sensei and Ono-sensei marked the end of an amazing seminar. It's hard to believe that four days went by so quickly! One member even joked that it should have been a 40-day seminar instead of a 4-day one. 😆

The Q&A session was especially interesting and gave us valuable insights beyond the techniques we practised on the mat. To make the occasion even more memorable, everyone received a special gift from sensei at the end of the seminar.

Thank you, Gomita-sensei Junichi Gomita and Ono-sensei Ono Kenji, for a wonderful four days of training. We are truly grateful and look forward to seeing you again next year!

Our 3rd keiko focused on jo techniques (jodori) under the guidance of Gomita Sensei, while the 4th keiko was taijutsu with Ono Sensei. Both sessions were very interesting, and we learned a lot, especially Yonkyo! 😀

Keiko #2 was all about bukiwaza, and we learned so much from Sensei. Tachidori was particularly fascinating! Now, are you ready for two more keiko sessions this afternoon? Let's go! 💪🥋🔥
