The USVI Soccer Federation is pleased to announce upcoming Talent ID Events taking place in St. Croix and St. Thomas on July 10–11, 2026. These sessions are an important opportunity for player evaluation, identification, and continued development within our pathway system.

Event Schedule

Friday, July 10, 2026 – Talent ID Event | St. Croix
Location: Bethlehem Soccer Stadium

• 5:30 PM – Players born in 2017, 2016, 2015, and 2014
• 7:00 PM – Players born between 2007–2011, as well as 2012 and 2013

Saturday, July 11, 2026 – Talent ID Event | St. Thomas
Location: Antilles School

• 10:00 AM – Players born in 2017, 2016, 2015, and 2014
• 12:00 PM – Players born between 2007–2011, as well as 2012 and 2013

Focus Areas for these Talent ID Events

• Players born in 2017 as we begin the scouting and identification process
• Players within previously identified age groups
• Girls and female goalkeepers
• TDS Team players (15 years and older) – boys and girls

We encourage all eligible players to attend and take advantage of this opportunity to showcase their abilities and continue their development within the USVI Soccer pathway.

Robert Ferrell II Appointed to Concacaf Instructor Academy

The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF) is proud to announce that Robert Ferrell II has been appointed by Concacaf to participate in the 2026 Concacaf Referee & Instructor Academy Consolidation, to be held in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from July 29 to August 7, 2026 in conjunction with the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games.

Ferrell has been selected to represent the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Instructor Academy, joining a distinguished group of referee instructors from across the Concacaf region. The Academy brings together top referee educators and match officials for advanced technical instruction, fitness evaluations, educational sessions, and performance assessments throughout the tournament.

This appointment is an important milestone for the U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation and reflects the continued progress of refereeing development within the Federation. It also marks one of the most significant international referee appointments received by the USVISF in recent years. The USVISF congratulates Robert on this outstanding achievement and wishes him every success as he represents both the Federation and the U.S. Virgin Islands on the regional stage.

The USVISF remains dedicated to working alongside Concacaf to promote excellence, professionalism, and long-term growth across all levels of the game.

U.S. Virgin Islands Set to Participate in Historic FIFA U-15 World Cup & Festival 2026

The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF) is proud to announce that it has confirmed its participation in the inaugural FIFA U-15 World Cup & Festival 2026, following FIFA's official announcement of the new global youth competition.

This U15 boys tournament, which will be hosted in Azerbaijan from 22–31 October 2026, represents an exciting new chapter in FIFA's global talent development strategy and provides young footballers from FIFA Member Associations around the world with the opportunity to compete in a unique international festival environment designed to foster player development, learning, and cultural exchange.

For the U.S. Virgin Islands, the competition represents a landmark opportunity for the Territory's most promising young footballers to test themselves against elite international opposition while proudly representing the Virgin Islands on the world stage.

"The FIFA U-15 World Cup & Festival represents a transformative opportunity for young footballers in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Providing our players with the chance to compete alongside some of the world's most promising young talent reinforces our commitment to creating meaningful international pathways for player development. The competition forms part of FIFA's long-term vision to strengthen youth football globally by creating additional opportunities for player development at an important stage of the elite pathway. The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation has formally confirmed its intention to participate and will now begin preparations for the competition through its Technical Department, including player identification, technical planning, and logistical coordination. Additional details regarding squad selection and preparation will be communicated in the months ahead.

U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation Appoints Calistra Gregoire as National Team General Manager

The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation (USVISF) is pleased to announce that it has engaged Calistra Gregoire under a one-year independent contractor agreement to serve as the Federation's National Team General Manager.

In this key leadership role, Gregoire will oversee the operational and logistical functions of all USVISF National Team programs, ensuring that every aspect of team preparation and participation is executed with professionalism and efficiency.

As National Team General Manager, she will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, accommodations, ground transportation, team itineraries, and overall operational planning for all national team camps, matches, and international competitions. Her role is critical in providing the organizational support necessary for players and technical staff to perform at the highest level while representing the U.S. Virgin Islands on the regional and international stage.

In addition to managing national team logistics, Gregoire will coordinate and support the work of the Federation's National Team Managers, helping to establish consistent operational standards and strengthen communication across the Federation's national team structure.

The engagement reflects the Federation's continued commitment to strengthening its organizational structure and enhancing the professional environment surrounding its national team programs. By centralizing operational oversight under dedicated leadership, the USVISF aims to improve efficiency, streamline planning, and provide greater support to its players, coaches, and staff.

The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Federation welcomes Calistra Gregoire and looks forward to working with her in support of the continued growth and success of the Federation's National Team programs.
