After spending 25 days in a coma from COVID and being told he might not survive, he fought his way back; Learning how to walk, talk, and eat all over again. Fast forward to now: he’s in the gym every day, consistent, disciplined, and proving that quitting was never an option. And yes, the man runs on banana cheesecake energy.

At 14, Annalese went into cardiac arrest and her heart stopped for 10 minutes. She was placed in a medically induced coma and had to relearn how to walk, talk, and write. Today, she lives with a defibrillator, has lost 30 pounds, and is in school pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse. Her strength and resilience are truly inspiring. 💪🫀

April has been on her fitness journey for 10 YEARS, and for the last 6 months she’s been showing up with the kind of consistency that deserves a standing ovation. She’s not just crushing workouts, she’s out in the community volunteering with the Yuba-Sutter Food Bank too.
