We’re hosting a Pet Food Drive for Tri-Area Ministry Food Pantry. We recently learned that people often come to the pantry looking for pet food - but it’s something that is not always available.🐾

We’re collecting dry cat and dog food at the studio through the end of the month. If you’re able to pick up an extra bag or box during your next grocery run, please consider donating. Every little bit helps keep a pet’s bowl full. 🐾

Welcome the Fall Equinox with an evening of gentle movement, deep stretching, and restorative poses. We’ll move slowly and mindfully, releasing tension from the body and creating space to settle into the changing season. The practice will gradually transition into a guided meditation, offering time to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself as we welcome the balance and stillness of the Equinox. As the seasons begin to shift, nature reminds us that letting go can be a gentle and beautiful part of change. This sound bath offers an opportunity to soften your grip on what you may be ready to release, while creating space to welcome whatever the next season has to offer. Allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to quiet the mind, relax the body, and bring you back to center. Come settle in, breathe deeply, and give yourself permission to release, receive, and simply be. Happy September! There’s something beautiful about the turning of a season. September arrives with subtle changes — cooler mornings, softer light, a little more rhythm returning to our days. It’s a natural invitation to pause, take a breath, and notice where we are as we move from one season into another. This month, we’re exploring what it means to be Rooted in Change — finding steadiness in the midst of transition. Together, we’ll explore the balance between releasing and receiving, movement and stillness, effort and rest. We hope you can join us for a class or special offering.

As one season gives way to another, we find ourselves in a beautiful space of transition — no longer where we were, but not quite where we’re going. This month’s Yoga Nidra invites you to rest in that in-between space, letting go of the need to have everything figured out or to rush toward what comes next. Through guided meditation, breath awareness, and deep relaxation, you’ll be invited to soften, settle, and simply be. A few changes are coming to our morning schedule. Hatha Yoga will now be offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 10am, while Yoga Foundations will be offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. Our Tuesday evening Relax & Recharge class will continue at 7pm, along with monthly special offerings such as Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath. These changes will begin the week of August 24th.
