This June we expanded our Qigong 4 Well-Being offerings to include an additional weekly class, creating even more space for grounding, energetic cultivation, nervous system support, and committed practice within community.
Weekly Qigong Sessions:
Sundays — 9:30am
Mondays — 9:00am
Tuesdays — 5:30pm
Thursdays — 5:30pm
With this expansion, our Unlimited Qigong Membership will increase to $140/month beginning in June to reflect the additional class offerings and continued growth of the program.
Qigong is a practice of slowing down enough to reconnect… to breath, body, awareness, and the subtle flow of energy within and around us. We’re grateful to continue building this community together and creating more opportunities to practice.

We’re happy to share that beginning soon, Sattva will be offering expanded Mysore hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00am–8:00am. And we are welcoming beginners to Ashtanga on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7am-8am!
These extended morning hours are intended to create more space for steady practice, quiet reflection, and meeting yourself on the mat before the movement of the day begins.
Whether you are a long-time Ashtanga practitioner or beginning to build consistency in your practice, Mysore offers an opportunity to move at your own pace with individualized guidance and support. We look forward to practicing with you in the early morning stillness.

Embodied movement is about how movement feels, not how it looks. It’s a process of coming back home to your body and discovering what authenticity, groundedness, and confidence actually feel like in your body.
If you’ve ever wanted to feel more confident in your body or understand your body’s movement and expression on a deeper level, this is for you.
In addition to somatic practices, embodiment exercises, and movement explorations, we will consider what it means to live and move from an embodied place.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Gentle movement warm up to wake up the body
- Somatic practices to deepen awareness of the body
- Embodied movement to explore the capacity of the body to soften, open, and play

As the moon swells toward fullness, join us for an evening of deep rest, reflection, and resonance beneath the luminous Waxing Gibbous Moon. This Sound Journey invites you into a space of expansion and gentle release, a moment suspended between what has been and what is ready to bloom.
Through the immersive tones of crystal singing bowls, grounding percussion, chimes, and meditative soundscapes, you’ll be guided into a state of calm where the nervous system softens and the spirit has room to breathe. The Waxing Gibbous phase carries an energy of gathering, illuminating, and preparing, making this an ideal time to reconnect with intention, gratitude, and inner clarity.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be carried on waves of sound beneath the nearly full moon’s silver glow.
