Coach Frank is back from Costa Rica!
Tonight we’re switching gears with an impromptu competition prep class to help everyone getting ready for the King of the White Belts tournament.
We’ll cover strategy, scoring, pacing, and plenty of live competition-focused rounds.

Tonight we’ll build on the Philly Saddle and transition into a Backside 50/50 heel hook. We’ll connect the positions, refine the entries, and explore how they work together as part of a complete leg lock system.
