Our Shake of the Month has a back to school feel— PB&J! You can skip class though and just enjoy the taste of peanut butter and strawberry jelly with this delicious drink! Just $6 through the end of September!

Our daycare will be OPEN tonight, Wednesday, 9/2!

Hours are 4:15-8:30pm

Tonight is the LAST night to take our Mon./Wed. evening indoor cycling class before it's removed from the schedule. And **SURPRISE**-- Erika will be there to teach for you! Join her from 4:45-5:30pm for one last ride
