We are committed to offering students the gift of yoga in a variety of forms, all connecting the physical self with the mental & spiritual self.

We hope to share our love of yoga with you as you begin your yogic path or continue in your journey. We offer the following styles of yoga: Bikram, Hatha, Hot Vinyasa (ranges from slower flows to more challenging flows), and Yin. For more information about these classes, please see our webpage.

Twisted Roots Yoga & Wellness is proud to be collecting food donations for the Dallastown Area School District Cat Pack Program.

Many local children rely on Cat Pack to help provide nutritious breakfasts and lunches throughout the year. With your help, we can make a meaningful difference for families in our community.

We’re collecting donations now through August 12.

Suggested donation items include:
🥣 Breakfast cereal
🍎 Individual applesauce
🥜 Peanut butter
🥣 Oatmeal
🧀 Mac & Cheese
🥨 Pretzels
🍪 Crackers
🥣 Granola & breakfast bars
🍿 Snacks

Every donation—big or small—helps provide meals for a child in need.
