Hello, I own a covered bridge in Adams County, PA. It is known as Anderson Covered Bridge. It is in need of repairs that exceed my budget, and I'm looking for options for outside funding so it doesn't have to be torn down. Can you please offer any advice?
We’re excited to share an update on the Whitewater Canal State Historic Site Preservation Project!
Yesterday, the Indiana State Budget Committee approved the release of $7.4 million in state-allocated funding. Together with the $7 million matching grant we announced in January, we have now secured $14.4 million to restore and preserve the Duck Creek Aqueduct, Laurel feeder dam and lock 24.
We will continue working through the planning process with our engineers so we can get the work out to bid. Please check back for updates as the project progresses.
