They’re just trying to steal your money
10 year olds shouldn’t be measuring their 40 yard dash to get recruited
All that does is create resentment that they’re not as fast as the next kid
While they won’t hit their peak performance for another two decades
12 year olds shouldn’t be measuring their throwing velocity trying to get recruited to travel ball
Travel ball is just pay for play, up until high school
13 year olds shouldn’t be worried about scouts at showcases
They should be working on mastering the fundamentals
Athletes should not have anxiety at games because their parent’s entire identity is their child’s sport
The parent should be in therapy
Not sending their child to be “fixed” by a mental performance coach
The hyper-commercialization and exploitation of young athletes and their parents is absolutely disgusting
My company has never, and will never, participate in the vile incentives that the big youth “development” companies have
Sports are for everyone
High Performance sports are for the professionals

Save your money
99% of the “coaches” in the mental performance industry are fakes
No real results
No real clientele
No real ways to help you
Yes, mental performance is real
Yes, visualization can help
Yes, journaling can help
But you want to know the REAL secret to performing at the HIGHEST level you can?
Work HARDER
Not more.
HARDER
I once had a basketball athlete was frustrated with his performance on the court and his playing time
He was executing the plan we talked about, or so he thought
I asked him if he was ACTUALLY doing every rep at game speed, or FASTER
And he thought he was
So we went to the court, and borrowed 3 coworkers
This young man’s job was to stop us, 4 on 1.
No drives in the lane. We just swung the ball around the arc as fast as we could.
Shoot when we were open.
Fight 4 on 1 for the rebound.
Simple.
He was GASSED in about 3 plays.
I turned to him and asked if that was the intensity he was training on his own for every drill
He said no
He began that level of intensity to all of his training sessions on his own
In that same off-season, he went from being a fringe player who probably would have been cut
To having a 6th man role by the end of the season
Whatever you think you’re doing, it’s probably not enough
Save yourself money.
Sincerely,
Someone inside the industry who actually is getting results for clients
There’s a major difference between being tough and pro-level smart
It has nothing to do with motivation
It’s your cognitive processing speed
Your reaction time
Your mental agility
It’s not about working harder
It’s not about working smarter
It’s about working harder AND smarter
You already work hard.
Otherwise you couldn’t have gotten to the level you’re at
It’s time to train the 75% of the game that nobody else wants to
You can do your best to be laser focused in competition and still not play well
You can get brain fog from a number of things like
- Dehydration
- Poor sleep
- Poor nutrition
Most athletes *hopefully* check those boxes already
So what’s missing?
Training and priming your CNS
Our championship figure skating athlete raised her concentration about 20% in just 1 minute of teaching her CNS priming
We’re estimating that she may have added 5 points to some of competitions, which may have led up to 2 more gold medals this season
How many training sessions could YOU have improved if you properly prepared your nervous system?
You can measure how fast your brain processes the game
There’s a way to train it too
With how competitive sports are today’s world, why WOULDN’T you take cognitive function into account?
Winning requires everything
What percentage of the sport you play is mental?
70% ?
80% ?
How much time do you ACTUALLY spent training the mental part of your sport?
Most people don’t train it at all
Mental skills are perishable
If you don’t use it, you lose it
Start training your mental skills today to gain an edge on the competition
The ugly truth about most college sports
The coaches aren’t trained
They just happened to be really good at the sport they coach
So they get hired thinking that now they know how to manage and lead a new generation of athletes
All while NIL it’s like the wild West, athletes are coming from programs where they only ever played for their favorite coach at club, and probably never had a dedicated S&C program
And most athletes are away from home for the first time, in a brand new city that they have to learn how to navigate and learn a whole new lifestyle
So coaches recruit for talent, thinking that they have to win now like their supervisor say
Let me get a terrible mix of personalities and culture tanks
Not to mention coaches have limited budgets (unless you’re at a power 5), so the resources that you can get for your athletes that they actually need are extremely limited
College coaches: the system has failed you
But it doesn’t have to be like that
Do NOT BUY
- Performance enhancing insoles
- Special sneakers
- Special supplements (especially if not NSF certified)
- Altitude training masks
- Most performance wearables
- High End massage guns
- High End recovery compression sleeves
- Weighted vests
- Electronic muscle stimulators
- Isometric trainers
- Anything that has a “proprietary blend” in a supplement
Unless you are ALREADY DOING THE EXTRA WORK AT A PROFESSIONAL EFFORT - not result
AND
TRULY want to compete at a PROFESSIONAL LEVEL
Because let’s face it - D1 college sports are basically pro sports now
Set a goal for yourself and earn the right to buy the extra stuff.
Then watch the results compound.
What else should we add to the list
The top 1% of athletes have 1 thing in common
A support ecosystem
Athletes: Who do YOU hang around? Who do YOU take advice from?
Coaches and Parents: Are you ACTUALLY helping your athletes?
Or are YOU the reason they struggle and want to quit the sport?
